The IPBPM second annual event, under the
theme Innovating the Organization – 2 days experiencing BPM itself, aims
to present BPM in an innovation perspective through strategic and integrated
approaches which integrate strategy, people, processes and systems.
There will be a Great opportunity to know BPM’s complete
circle, There will also be a time to see how technologies and standards are
developing; best practices, real cases in different areas of activity and
foreign and national solutions.
Interactivity will be present in a great extent with round
tables to exchange experiences.
The first day (pre conference) will be a BPM Professional
Certification, endorsed by Process Community. BPM related books will be
available for purchasing.
Every researchers or BPM practitioners are welcome to contribute
with your ideas, cases or suggestions.

BPM Lisbon 2008 was a success as expressed by the 200
participant’s assessment. On a scale of 6, the participants ranked the
clarity of sessions
with an average score of 4.2; the overall evaluation of the
conference was ranked 4.5. Almost 90% of the participants were satisfied and
more than 60% were very satisfied.
More than 80% of the participants were senior staff, managers and
directors looking for solutions to their companies.
