Theo is working since mid 70’s in financial industry/ banking and as of 1985 working in complex projects in the area of Business, Finance, Risk compliance and IT. Is currently working on extending the BPM methodology capabilities at ING, so that the operational leverage is extended further. Theo was the architect and designed and created the BPM capability. Theo’s background is in Managing Financial and operational Risks, Global Applications architect and Audit and Compliance
