Founder and Managing Partner of Ideas@Work, a consulting company located in Brussels, with 25 experienced consultants specialized in Business Process Management.

He has an experience of many years in leading and facilitating workshops and training around Business Process Management, Project Management and Strategy Development.

He is guest teacher at the Vlerick Leuven Ghent Management School and the EPM management program of UWE (Union Wallonne des Entreprises).

Before he founded Ideas@Work in 2000, he worked as an internal consultant at Fortis Bank and before that as a manager, business consultant and information analyst at Cap Gemini (formerly Volmac).

Education: Information Technology, Bachelor Economics, Master of Business Administration (MBA).

Ideas@Work supports large and middle-sized organizations in improving business processes (including process documentation and performance management), and the implementation of a BPM environment and infrastructure (including Lean and Six Sigma).
