Maria do Rosário Gaspar is territorial planner working with Geographic Information Systems. MsC since 2003 in Urban and Regional Planning by UTL (Technical University of Lisbon). Member of APPLA (Portuguese Association Territorial Planners) and APDSI (Portuguese Association for the Information Society).

Coordinater of training in the Department of Geographic Information Research and Management, at Portuguese Geographic Institute (IGP), since 2005.

Responsable for Business Process Management implementation at IGP.
